For banding PVC, ABS, melamine, laminate and veneer tapes, previously cut to the desired length, on shaped, curved or straight panels. Very practical for small or medium size manufacturing series in the workshop or the worksite and very easy to handleEasy and fast setting up of the tape height and panel thickness.Automatic feed with manual control.
Minimum concave radius to be banded: 40 mm.Possibility to band inner round holes from 300 mm diameter up. Can also be used as stationary device together the included support.The quantity of glue to be applied on the tape can be adjusted.Fast heating. In less than 10 minutes it is possible to start to work.It works with a special high viscosity glue, non polluant and low melting point (150º).
For cutting the excess of PVC, melamine, polyester, veneer, etc. tapes up to 45 mm width and 3 mm thick at both ends of panel. It provides a clean and exact cut, avoiding to damage the panel already banded. The guillotine system allows to cut the tape without effort. The blades can be sharpened. Possibility to regulate the cutting position. It enables precise angular cutting up to 60º.
